Senior Data/Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data/Business Intelligence Analyst to join our 'Data & AI' group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and deriving insights from data to drive strategic decision-making processes. You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to optimize business processes, create and maintain BI reports and dashboards, and contribute to the overall data-driven culture of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong SQL skills to analyze large and complex datasets.
• Identify business processes, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI reports and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, etc.
• Create data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis and BI tools, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field emphasizing statistical and analytical skills.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst with Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Proven experience in creating BI reports and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud computing platform is preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and AI concepts is also a plus.
