We're looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to join our amazing and growing R&D department.

As the visionary Team Lead of the R&D Growth Group, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals, steering the strategic direction of research and development efforts, fostering a culture of creativity, and playing a pivotal role in driving groundbreaking solutions that contribute to the organization's growth and success

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• 2+ years of experience as a team lead.
• High knowledge and experience in FE and FE frameworks - React/Angular/Vue (Must- React)
• Good understanding of backend technologies (Must - NodeJS)
• Good understanding of architecture, clean code, performance and more.
• Cloud technologies: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Experience with NoSQL / SQL
• Background in payments - an advantage
• A people’s person with high communication skills.
• An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities.
