Who are you?

You are a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data and its ability to drive business decisions.

You have a strong understanding of data modeling and are comfortable working with large and complex data sets.

You are a self-starter and a can-do approach who is able to work independently and as part of a team, and you have excellent communication skills that allow you to clearly and effectively communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

So, what will you be doing all day?

• Collect, process, and analyze large amounts of data (specifically marketing, sales, operations & CS) to identify trends, patterns and insights with different stakeholders (Israel and US).
• Develop dashboards, reports, and alerts to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
• Develop and maintain data models and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Monitor and maintain data quality, identify data inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
  
  

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a data analyst (preferably in a B2B SaaS company)
• Vast experience in SQL and visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc
• Strong understanding of DWH architecture and methodology
• Strong skills in data modeling and business logic processes
• Excellent communications skills in English
  
  

• Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketing Platforms & Sales and marketing flows
• Familiarity with Stripe
• Experience with BigQuery data warehouse and Sisense visualization tool
• B.Sc relevant degree
• Over 700 in the Psychometric test
