About You

We are looking for a talented IT Specialist with 4+ years to join our IT department. If you have extensive knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, vast SaaS management experience and understand networking concepts. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and you’re a service-oriented team player who’s just as comfortable working alone as you are in a team.

Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 4-6 years experience as an IT Sys Admin
• Provide (Tier 1-3) technical support to our global employees
• High customer orientation skills - Must
• Proficiency with Mac and Windows operating systems, both hardware and software (as well as Audio/Video components)
• Vast experience administrating Okta, Google Workspace, O365 and other SaaS applications - Must
• Experience with Jamf and other MDM systems – Must
• Document IT processes and ensure policy compliance
• Knowledge of networking components and infrastructure (Lan / Wan, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of information security principles and practices
• Experience with Workato and other automation tools.
• Fluent speaking and writing Hebrew & English
• Familiarity with WAF operation and management – Advantage
