AGAS is seeking for a Help Desk & Jr. System administrator to join the IT group!
We are looking for a responsible person, independent learner who rapidly adapting to changes.
Responsibilities:
Be part of our IT support for all company’s worldwide customers.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software for all the company worldwide customers.
Prepare and install new employees’ computers.
Requirements:
2 years experience with help desk support
Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade Microsoft & Mac based OS (Win + Server)
Hands-On experience with on-prem \ Hybrid Active Directory environment – GPO, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, Print Server
Hands-On Experience with Microsoft 365 administration – AAD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams.
Experience with networking - Fortinet\Sophos\Checkpoint - An advantage
Team player.
