Position Overview

The company is growing rapidly, and we seek an R&D Team Lead to join our technology department . In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of full stack developers and directly aligning our product development with the company's vision, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

This role is reporting to the VP R&D.

The Role

• Lead a team of full stack developers, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Work closely with the team members on building the features, including design & code review, testing scenario definition, and troubleshooting of production issues
• Managing, mentoring and providing technical training to empower team members for success
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design/UX, DevOps, and other R&D teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise
• Recruit team members
• This position is 75% management and 25% hands-on.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• 3+ years of experience managing people
• Hold a BSc/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Technology background - Experienced with:
• Latest .Net stack
• Design & development of web applications
• SQL
• Client side
• Deep knowledge in software architecture design
• Great analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Passionate for code quality, testing and performance
• FinTech background - advantage
• Experience with AWS technologies - advantage
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and growing technical teams while still being involved in hands-on development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
