Account manager and Sales Specialist - Cyber and Technology for the Renewable Energy Sector

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager and Sales Specialist to join our growing Cybersecurity and Energy team . The successful candidate will
1. build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
2. Responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
This person should have a strong understanding of the Energy Sector and experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts of all sizes by working with direct reports and supporting positions.
* Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product, points of difference and competitive landscape.
* Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the cybersecurity and energy market.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the Energy and IT industry.
* Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the Energy sector.
* Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and developments in OT and cybersecurity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to ensure successful project delivery.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in the Energy industry.
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Represent the company at conferences and industry events focused on Renewable Energy and cybersecurity.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Must have: 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on the Renewable Energy sector.
* Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities in the Energy sector.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
