Marketing Operations Manager

buywith is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing Team.

We are looking for a technical, innovative, and results-driven person, with a passion for marketing technology.

This is a key role in our marketing team, who will be responsible for building, analyzing and optimizing marketing & sales funnels, from building outreach campaigns to managing our customer data in Hubspot and through supporting all other marketing and sales functions to enable their smooth day-to-day operations.

We developed a Live stream shopping platform for brands, retailers, influencers, and experts to conduct virtual shopping events. Influencers can broadcast their session with unlimited followers on the e-commerce site via our innovative screen-sharing solution and a video chat.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Marketing Automation - Create automations, lifecycles and values for all marketing activities - email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, tracking and reporting.
• CRM (Hubspot) Management - Managing and analyzing all company data (leads lifecycles, events customers etc.) through Hubspot to streamline processes (automatic + manual processes) and enhance lead nurturing to make sure they progress down the funnel.
• Paid Media Management - Oversee and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) - allocating budgets, defining KPIs, tracking results, generating and analyzing reports (Hubspot, Google Sheets, Google Analytics) for constant ROI optimisation of MQLs and SQLs. 
• Content Creation and Optimisation - Generating content for email marketing, PPC ads, newsletters and all lead generation content. Constantly tracing success with A/B testing tools and editing content accordingly. Manage our social media pages and post content on a daily basis.
• Cold Outreach Campaigns - Building targeted prospect lists based on ICP. Developing compelling and personalised outreach messages and email templates tailored to different target segments to maximize engagement and response rates.
• Messaging Workflow - implementation process, enhancements of existing and new flows
• Connecting the Dots - Translating business needs to technical processes in our platform and oversee product and feature launches and enhancements
• Enhancing Efficiency - Work with Sales, Product, R&D, and other Marketing teams for any operational requirements and increasing internal and cross-department efficiency
• Communications - Design, build, QA, and deploy emails, landing pages, and other communications in multiple languages
• Dynamic environment - Meet daily deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

• At least 1-2 years of experience with marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company - a must!
• Proficiency with Hubspot - a must!
• Excellent Google Analytics skills and hands-on experience, including embedding events, creating dashboards and funnels - a must!
• High level of English - a must!
• Familiarity with Wordpress, Canva, Sumome - a plus
• Hands-on experience with Google Adwords, Facebook campaign management - a big plus
• Experience with email marketing - a big plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure - a must!
• Great copywriting skills - a plus
