Customer Success Manager

CommBox is on a mission to transform customer communication forever, making it easy, natural, and efficient. We empower brands to automate customer engagement using digital channels and popular messaging apps their customers use in their everyday lives (sms, WhatsApp, Messenger, Google…).

With our platform, we eliminate the pain associated with picking up the phone or navigating through self-service, enabling a new standard of customer communication.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Requirements:

Experience with Enterprise customers

Develop trust-based, long term strategic relationships with customer leaders.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of an organization.

Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing team.

Strong technical skills for guiding customers through technical processes.

4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, leading and engaging with customers, technologists and/or partners.

Experience in a lead role supporting large technology-driven transformation projects.

Ability to work across functional teams to deliver large, complex IT solutions.
