Our services require no installation and can be set up in just a few days with the help of our service and support team.

Role Description

POC System is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) Team leader to join us. As a full-time, on-site position. you will serve as a primary contact for our customers. You will be responsible for the successful adoption of our software solutions, driving customer satisfaction, customer retention in Israel and abroad, training etc.

The position may be suitable for ex-space planners, industrial engineers, CAD experts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in customer success or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS companies
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage customers of all sizes, especially C-Suite executives
• Proactive problem solver with demonstrated project management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
• Experience with CRM software, Excel, Monday...
• Ability to work on-site in Petah Tikva
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
• Background with CAD software may be a significant advantage.
