Service Coordinator

Get SAT is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Service team, to play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, managing logistics actions, back-office paperwork, and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain direct communication with customers to address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes efficiently.
• Manage logistic actions and service inventory effectively to support timely deliveries and repairs.
• Regularly update and maintain the prices table to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Expedite the fixing process and prioritize RMAs based on criticality.
• Evaluate the quality of all services provided and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate quotes for services and products as required.
• Prepare periodic reports on service activities and requirements for customers and internally.
• Collaborate with PP&C, warehouse, and engineering teams to streamline processes and enhance service activities.

Requirements:

• Practical Industrial and Management Engineering or related field - Must
• 2-4 years of experience in service and support roles – Advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Must
• Experience and knowledge of ERP software, with preference given to those familiar with Priority – Advantage
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment - Must
• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management - Must
