Java Software Engineer

A growing adtech company is looking for a super talented and experienced JavaScript Engineer!

The ideal candidate would be responsible for designing, developing  building and maintaining our next gen bidding engine. 

You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure, with a keen focus on design and functionalities.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years experience as a Full Stack developer.
• Strong experience with JavaScript.
• Expertise with: async Javascript programming, the Event Loop, debugging best practices, Chrome DevTools, performance best practices.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS.
• Ability to integrate ad tech solutions with existing web architectures and manage cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues.
• Experience in implementing front-end security best practices, understanding potential security threats like XSS, CSRF, and how to prevent them.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Keen eye for detail and a passion for user-friendly experiences.

Bonus:

• Understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), and header bidding techniques.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
• Experience with video ad serving technologies and standards (e.g., VAST, VPAID).
• Experience working in a Big Data environment and/or A/B testing concepts
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and APIs.
• Experience with version control systems (like Git) and CICD.
