Full Stack Team Lead

A large insurance company is looking for someone who will drive us technologically forward with courage, flight, dynamism, and innovation in a fascinating and diverse activity. The essence of the position is to play a role of leadership and empowerment as a technological consultant, and responsible for an end-to-end technological business system. The consultant will be the technological leader and professional mentor for all team members.

A significant part of the role is introducing new technologies, building development methodologies, integrating automation into the development processes, assimilating innovation and creativity, and creating a significant leap forward for the team's professionalism in dynamic technological worlds.

The team is responsible for developing B2B digital systems and needs to produce stable and reliable systems, bring fast, high-quality innovative solutions, and bring significant business value.

As part of the job, it is required:

• Professional and humane construction and leadership of the development team - Fullstack developers

• Responsibility for a Web-based operational system with many interfaces and wide scaling

• Getting to know the technologies today and transitioning to the new technologies: the system is currently in .Net & Angular technology and requires a rebuild in various advanced technologies such as React, and NodeJS.NetCore.

• Responsibility for system stability, while monitoring and identifying failures and building long-term solutions

• Implementation of innovative work practices, implementation of Unit Testing, and responsibility for quality and fast code

• 40% Hands On – performing Code Review, Debug

• Building quality agile team routines

Mandatory Requirements

• 8 years of experience in developing Web & Mobile based systems

• Development expert in NodeJS / Nest for complex systems

• Experience of at least one year in development in .Net Core

• 3 years of experience in managing teams in dynamic environments

• Experience working with Microservices

• Experience working with AWS and cloud architecture

• Development of systems with integrated CI/CD processes

• Constant learning of technological developments in the world and their adaptation and assimilation into the organization

• Experience working with legacy systems
