Data Analysis and Research Team Lead

We are currently seeking a talented individual to serve as the Team Lead for our Data Analysis and Research department.

This role encompasses:

1. Leading a team of analysts with professionalism and expertise.
2. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to provide timely data solutions.
3. Managing and defining technical specifications for various products, implementing analytics, and overseeing tag management.
4. Conducting user experience research and evaluating component effectiveness on websites and applications.
5. Producing regular reports based on GA4 analytics and other media platforms.
6. Developing dashboards and utilizing Business Intelligence tools effectively.
7. Managing data extraction, processing, and loading into the Data Warehouse (DWH).
8. Performing analytical analysis, identifying trends and anomalies, and providing actionable management insights.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of data concepts, including data preparation, research inquiries, and problem-solving.
• Expertise in GA4 and Big Data tools.
• Proficiency in writing complex queries in SQL and Python for large databases.
• Experience with data investigation in Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as PBI / Google Data Studio.
• Understanding of internet browsing behaviors and habits.
• Knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising tools, with a background in PPC and/or SEO.
