Financial Data Analyst

We are looking for a talented financial data specialist with a "can-do" approach and eagerness to deliver significant and action-oriented analyses for our investment accounting utility for asset managers and their service providers.

Responsibilities :

• Integrate customer data into Fundguard's Financial Data model
• Develop real-life financial use cases to enhance the product capabilities and robustness
• Take part in the new customer Proof of concept and onboarding process
• Collaborate with the Business product team as well as with Fundguard's customers
• Working closely with and supporting the development teams
  
  

Requirements:

• B.A. in Economics/Accounting or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering/Information Systems from leading universities
• Experience of working in capital markets - A MUST
• In-depth familiarity with various financial instruments
• Experience with Python and/or other scripting languages
• Experience working with Git/ repo
• Production experience with managing data pipelines and streaming tools such as Kafka and MQ - Advantage
• Fluent in English - both spoken and written- MUST
• Excellent communication skills: confidence communicating with people of differing levels of seniority, analytical understanding and from a wide variety of backgrounds
• Must be curious, proactive, practical and solution-oriented with a “Get it done!” attitude
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Solid problem-solving skills including the ability to tackle complex problems
