Food Technologist

Responsibilities:

• Develop applications and products based on the company's raw materials and technology.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, from planning and preparation to completion, ensuring meticulous documentation of processes and results.
• Prepare samples for customers, and accompanying trials at their factories.
• Facilitate the transfer of knowledge from product development to production.
• Professionally engage in various projects as required.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in chemical engineering, biotechnology, food/materials science, or equivalent. Alternatively, proven work experience in a compatible position.
• Experience in laboratory work, recipe development, or working on an industrial line in the food sector (preference for sweets, pastries, chocolate, snacks, or savory).
• Broad knowledge and genuine passion for food and its production technologies.
• Ability to independently learn from professional literature and information sources.
• High-level proficiency in English.
• Full control of a computer work environment, including Office applications (mandatory).
