We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our people team. This is a temporary position for 6 months.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

• Lead end-to-end hiring processes for various departments including Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, etc.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and strategize recruitment plans
• Proactively focus on creative methods to ensure a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates such as direct sourcing, referrals, and more
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision
• Lead out employer brand activities such as meetups, referral programs, participating conferences, tech events, etc.

• 4+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end in startups or hi-tech companies
• Experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
• Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong relationship-building skills

• Team player with strong communication skills, egoless, and positive attitude
