Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager for our facility in Zefat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all human resources matters including onboarding, human resource development, job openings and candidate evaluations, compensation and benefits, and providing professional advice to Managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care and welfare.
• Planning, building, managing, and monitoring the factory training plan.
• Participation in cross-company projects in the field of human resources.
• Building the infrastructure of the human resource system, developing the management team, and leading organizational processes.
• Leading operational excellence in the human resource pillar.
• Management of labor relations (negotiations, employment agreements, discipline, representative organization, etc.).
• Consulting and guidance to managers at all levels regarding the interpretation and implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and labor laws, in order to ensure a quality, fair, efficient, and safe work relationship system.
• Cost control: overtime, maintaining factory standard, control of labor cost components, and supervision of payroll and wage calculation system.

Job Requirements:

• Academic degree in a relevant field (preferably in social sciences/behavioral sciences)
• Experience in human resource management in a large company, in a manufacturing plant - an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English- Must.

Additional Information:

Full-time position located in Zefat.

1 hybrid day.
