Head of Marketing Operations

JamesAllen.com is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to join its Herzliya-based marketing team. This dynamic role reports to the CMO.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between marketing and product teams, ensuring technical feasibility and seamless execution of projects
• Collaborate with the creative teams to translate new product features into compelling marketing messages
• Influence the product roadmap with key marketing activities that impact the business
• Oversee the marketing calendar and manage all operational aspects of sales, promotions, and other marketing activities
• Lead the project management systems (Asana and Jira), optimizing templates, and fostering efficient workflows
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices, efficient processes, and automations to accelerate execution throughout entire projects and task cycles
• Foster clear communication and collaboration across the organization, including Product, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams
• Identify and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of marketing experience in a tech company, with B2C experience a strong plus
• At least 2 years of managerial experience
• Proven experience collaborating effectively with product and development teams
• Experience managing projects in Asana and Jira, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of prioritization and business impact
• Strong technical skills and deep knowledge of marketing software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal
• Understanding of the US consumer market – A plus
• Experience with Google Tag Manager – A plus
