Business Operations Manager - Product Guild (Maternity leave)

Job Description

As a Product Guild Operations Manager, you will be in charge of researching, planning, and executing many of the guild’s projects, for example:

• Cultivate a community of product managers in the guild with events and forums
• Oversee Product Managers’ onboarding process to their new role at Wix
• Oversee planning and execution of training workshops and events
• Be the focal point for product managers’ needs from the guild
• Identify and actively build connections with relevant partners across Wix to gain insights and get them excited about what we’re building
• Manage our daily activities, and take care of general admin
• Document and improve processes to increase efficiency
  
  

Qualifications:

• You’re a hands-on team player who has managed projects in a high-tech environment
• You have experience researching and implementing ongoing plans for long-term projects
• You think in terms of processes rather than tasks, to advance the infrastructure of your group in the long run
• You’re a natural problem solver who knows how to get things done
• You’re highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple teams and requirements
• You’re passionate about professional growth and excited about leading (and contributing to) knowledge-sharing initiatives across Wix
• 5+ years experience in Business Operations/Organizational Development/Training and Education/HR - an advantage
  
  

About The Team

The Product Guild oversees the entire life cycle of a Product Manager at Wix, starting with recruitment, onboarding, professional development and growth.

The product guild is also the professional catalyst of product excellence in Wix, in charge of creating and teaching product methodologies and practices, mentoring PMs and teams and reviewing the level of the products our users encounter.

The product guild’s core team is dynamic and fast paced with many projects running simultaneously. We have Guild Masters - veteran senior PMs in charge of the professional aspects of product management, and the operations team making our vision a reality.
