What You'll Do:

• Managing Online Video Campaigns: Responsible for the setup, day-to-day operations and optimization of online video advertising campaigns, to achieve monetization KPIs on the world's leading publishers.
• Efficient Performance Issue Resolution: Monitoring performance issues and providing solutions in a fast and accurate manner.
• Mutual Work: Collaborate with our Partner Success Team (in TLV and NYC) to operate all monetization aspects.
• Data-Driven Yield Strategy Optimization: Analyze and optimize campaign performance, offering recommendations for yield strategy based on data-driven insights for each advertiser's campaign.
• Advertiser Management & Integration Oversight. Responsible for managing advertisers by overseeing technical and business aspects, including the integration of new demand partners into OpenWeb's revenue solutions.
• You will report to the Video Team Lead.
• This position is temporary with a 12-month contract.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years experience in a related position (Campaign Manager, Ad Operations Manager, Account Manager, etc.).
• Comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Expertise in digital ad operations management and data analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, video platforms, and measurement partners.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Self-starter with a passion for independently managing and tracking large-scale projects.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advantage: Strong experience with Aniview Ad server.
