Role Description

• System control and monitoring of all the organization's services: server farms, infrastructural and application monitoring and monitoring of network integrity.
• Initial response to faults - providing a solution to 1+2 Tier problems and escalation if necessary.
• System fault management
• Shift work (no night shifts)

Qualifications

• Relevant education/student
• 2 years experience as NOC
• Background and familiarity with operating systems, virtualization, servers, WAN/LAN networks - a must
• One year's experience in the NOC team or about two years in the technical support team - a must
• Experience working with control and control systems - an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft products (SQL, Skype, Exchange, etc.) - an advantage
• Knowledge of writing scripts - python/powershell - an advantage
