Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to develop and implement an effective marketing strategy for our company. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams and take charge of the planning, organizing, and executing our marketing campaigns. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Petah Tikva, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of a few employees with at least 5+ years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms,
• Knowledge of HubSpot and SalesForce will be a big advantage
• Experience working in the B2B and B2C industry preferred
• Proven experience in marketing operations, with a successful track record in planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage a team, KPI, OKR’s, Gant ...
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, market research, and social media marketing,
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines,
• Strong creative and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to evaluate marketing strategies and make recommendations to improve effectiveness
