About the opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team.
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be on turning incoming leads into scheduled tours for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in engaging with both warm leads and cold prospects, effectively qualifying them and persuading them to attend tours. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to represent our brand in a positive and compelling manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming leads and effectively persuade them to attend tours with our sales team
Understand the unique needs of incoming leads and match them with suitable solutions to maximize conversion rates
Independently generate a pipeline of potential customers using online databases and create sales opportunities for the sales team
Deliver high-level customer service to leads, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
Act as a positive ambassador for the ROOMS brand, maintaining a professional and enthusiastic approach in all interactions
Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, activities, and progress in our CRM system
Collaborate closely with sales managers to align strategies and achieve goals
Provide regular updates to the team regarding goals, progress, and processes
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience in B2B sales (mandatory
Bachelor's degree (preferred
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English (a must
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate in a highly competitive environment
