Tier 1 Team Leader

As Elementor’s Tier 1 Team Leader, you’ll oversee the daily operations of one of Elementor’s Tier 1 technical support teams. Our work environment is agile, as Elementor’s products and apps are continuously being developed and require ongoing support.

You’ll lead a team of tech support agents, ensuring they meet our KPIs to provide optimal customer support. You’ll collaborate with our global team to continuously enhance Elementor users’ customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of your team
• Provide direct supervision of technical support staff, including recruitment and evaluations
• Mentor your team members and provide oversight, coaching, and training to meet KPIs
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to generate greater knowledge and enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a technical support team leader
• Able to apply a data-driven approach to resolve complex issues
• Skilled at guiding others through technical processes in layman’s terms
• A team player who cultivates trust and upholds transparency
• Able to multitask and thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Highly proficient in English and Hebrew
• Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms - an advantage
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and PHP - an advantage
• Experience with Elementor tools - an advantage
