What will you be responsible for:

• Lead global recruitment efforts in Israel and the rest of the world, employing creative and strategic approaches to attract top-tier candidates.
• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to understand talent needs and priorities.
• Build and nurture high-quality talent pipelines, leveraging existing networks and exploring new channels as needed.
• Conduct thorough research to identify and vet candidates, presenting shortlists of well-qualified individuals to hiring teams.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation and attract top talent within the industry.
• Cultivate strong client relationships, actively contributing to business development efforts and professionally representing SysAid.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in global recruitment.
• Strong proficiency in English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to assess candidates for high competence, integrity, and drive.
• Strategic mindset focusing on executing hiring plans and maintaining high standards throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the growth of the hiring team.
• Passion for protecting and promoting our company culture through thoughtful and deliberate hiring decisions.
