What You’ll Do:

The mission of the squad leader is to coordinate all other functions in the squad and to drive the product development process. A squad leader owns and drives the squad. A Squad Leader regularly collaborates with development leaders, software engineers, architects, Product Managers, and management.

• Lead, and manage a squad that develops and maintains design and create solutions that support a highly reliable, scalable, performant enterprise
• Work with other engineers, researchers, and product managers to deliver on our roadmap. Both locally and globally
• Break down problems into user stories/components and write modern code that runs in production
• Test, document, and maintain a codebase that is an example to our engineers and supports the scale of the business

What We Need:

• 5+ years of development experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader
• Hands-on experience and understanding of application architecture.
• Experience in the development and deployment of large-scale high-performance systems.
• Self-motivated, full of motivation to learn and collaborate, out-of-the-box thinker, Great interpersonal communication skills problem-solver.
• B.Sc in computer science or equivalent.
• Object-oriented programming and design-patterns knowledge
• Strong design and coding skills
• Fluent in English
