Marketing Operations Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts, optimizing operations, and enhancing overall efficiency while leveraging their expertise in different operation tools such as Monday, Braze, and Builder.

This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams; campaign owners on one hand and content/design/technology teams on the other hand. Responsibilities will include maintaining campaign briefs and boards, allocating tasks to relevant resources, executing marketing campaigns, providing comprehensive reports, gathering feedback and insights, and proactively seeking ways to streamline our marketing operations and initiatives.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Ensure successful delivery of projects through day-to-day coordination between different marketing teams and dedicated resources of content, design, creative and automation.
• Review and properly understand marketing briefs, campaigns impact and timeline and define required resources for execution.
• Prioritize projects and tasks between various stakeholders within the organization and make sure the right projects get prioritized properly.
• Coordinate internal client expectations, messaging submitted project briefs before passing to the Design, Creative and content teams for execution.
• Manage workloads and timing schedules, producing estimates and tracking ‘actual’ vs. expected costs and timelines. Identify & fulfill freelance recruitment needs where necessary.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress with deep attention to details.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve internal processes to increase productivity and the probability of successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, product, and other teams across different time zones to streamline processes, improve data quality, and drive integrated marketing campaigns.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing operations in global companies.
• In-depth understanding of different marketing channels activities and KPI’s; as well as operation processes and workflows
• Ability to implement high level strategy as well as dive into campaign’s details; finding creative solutions on demand.
• Strong project management skills with an ability to execute A-Z projects, with multiple stakeholders and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience with Monday or an equivalent platform for projects/ tasks management is a must.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with Braze and Builder - a plus.
• Flexibility and availability to work outside of local time zones as needed to support global marketing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
