Responsibilities

• Leading a team tasked with developing an innovative software product with a Full Stack focus.
• Serving as the technical authority within the team to ensure optimal responses to project needs.
• Defining, planning, and executing software design and architecture.
• Efficiently assigning tasks to meet project objectives and managing work plans.
• Conducting evaluations of development products, including peer reviews and oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/science or completion of technological military service.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a mid-sized development team (3-5 developers).
• Minimum of 5 years of practical software development experience.
• Proven proficiency in C# and the .Net environment.
• Experience in defining, planning, and implementing software architecture for complex distributed systems and multidisciplinary products with diverse development teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, presenting design and architectural solutions, participation in evaluations, and delivering professional presentations.
• Familiarity with Agile-based development methodologies, ALM tools, and DevOps tools.
• Experience in planning and/or developing systems using Micro-Services architecture and cloud environments (Cloud Native).
• Experience in planning and/or developing SHOB systems, GIS, and/or video systems is highly advantageous.
