Content Manager

CommBox is seeking a Content and Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on organic growth, bringing the vision and strategic leadership necessary to elevate our brand's presence in the digital realm. This role is tailored for an individual who is passionate about creating and implementing strategies that enhance CommBox's voice and visibility across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SEO, content creation, and audience engagement, coupled with an adeptness at harnessing both existing and emerging channels to drive organic demand. While acknowledging the importance of paid strategies within our broader digital marketing framework, the core of your role will concentrate on fostering organic growth—ensuring that CommBox not only attracts but also retains and meaningfully engages our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO:

• Lead the charge in SEO efforts to significantly enhance our search engine visibility, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
• Continuously audit and optimize our website and content to meet the latest SEO standards and practices, ensuring maximum organic search performance

Content Strategy and Development:

• Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with audience needs and search trends, prioritizing high-value topics that drive organic engagement
• Content creation across formats (blogs, how-to guides, glossary pages, video) that educates, entertains, and converts our target audience

Website management:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the CommBox website, ensuring it is optimized for ranking and performance
• Collaborate with the team and manage resources as needed to ensure top website performance

Paid advertising:

• Strategically manage paid advertising campaigns as a supplement to organic efforts, focusing on platforms like Google Search, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Taboola
• Ensure that paid strategies are data-driven, cost-effective, and tightly aligned with our organic content and SEO efforts

Funnel(s) management

• Constantly analyze and improve the lead flow, ensure conversion and ROI, and closely monitor each stage of the customer journey, leveraging analytics to identify bottlenecks or opportunities for optimization
• Implement strategic changes to drive efficient conversions and maximize return on investment, focusing on optimizing every touchpoint for enhanced customer engagement and revenue growth

Requirements:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience of at least 5 years with SEO and organic demand
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4) and automation platforms
• Proficient understanding of digital marketing, encompassing paid media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High proficiency in English.
