Full Stack Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our R&D team.

As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will join a versatile team of experienced engineers and be incharge of developing our core product offering, used by our customers on a daily basis.

anecdotes is a B-round startup founded in June 2020 that is leading the Compliance Automation space for hyper growth companies. We believe that credible, visible, and actionable data should be the foundation of every GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) team’s decision-making process. That is why we help enterprises collect and standardize data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more, to gain continuous visibility into their Security Compliance posture.

What You'll Do:

• Make an impact on the company’s growth and business by leading a versatile team of both frontend and backend developers
• Work closely with the product manager to prioritize work
• Responsible for building and maintaining the product core functionality
• Guide and mentor team members
• Continue building and shaping the team for excellence from both personal and technical perspectives

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering in a startup environment
• 3+ years of management experience in a SaaS product
• Passionate about engineering culture and team building
• Experience working in cloud environment (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Extensive experience developing in Python or equivalent
• Extensive experience developing in Angular/React or equivalent
• Ability to work in a versatile team as well as making informed decisions with minimum guidance while collaborating with team members
• Experienced in developing distributed systems (micro-services)
• Experienced in challenges related to architecture decisions such as database and API modeling
