Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities of the Customer Executive include:

·        Administrative management for all customer account matters (commercial and technical)

·        Support the sales team to maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

·        Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

·        Prepare reports on renewal status and client interactions.

·        Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

·        Manage and update client distribution lists as required.

·        Manage and monitor business operation software and subscriptions

·        Track and respond to technical issues in a timely manner.

·        Onboarding of new clients and providing relevant information to relevant managers.

·        Onboarding MAX as a vendor with client portals and compliance requests.

·        Arranging quarterly calls with clients.

·        Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs and software.

·        Supporting clients with API integration to our product.

·        Promote value through customer experience.

Requirements and skills

·        Proven work experience in a Customer Success or similar role

·        Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience

·        Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

·        Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service

·        Accountability and personal organization are essential

·        Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards

·        Experienced with Hubspot or similar CRM, Monday.com, web conferencing tools, MS Project; expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
