Position Overview:
As a B2C Customer Success Manager at ROi Labs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our iGaming products. You'll be the bridge between our offerings and customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, resolving issues, and contributing to the enhancement of our products based on customer insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with B2C customers.
- Onboard new customers seamlessly and drive engagement.
- Stay informed about iGaming products and address customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams.
- Analyze customer data for insights and contribute to product enhancement.

- A strong drive for success, underscored by excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities, enabling effective resolution of customer challenges.
- A high level of motivation to learn and utilize CRM tools and customer support platforms to enhance customer experiences.
