Customer Success Manager

Position Overview:

As a B2C Customer Success Manager at ROi Labs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience with our iGaming products. You'll be the bridge between our offerings and customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, resolving issues, and contributing to the enhancement of our products based on customer insights.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with B2C customers.
• Onboard new customers seamlessly and drive engagement.
• Stay informed about iGaming products and address customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with internal teams.
• Analyze customer data for insights and contribute to product enhancement.
