Hardware Support Engineer

Description:

Extensive troubleshooting for the company's customers abroad

Working in interaction (remotely) with development and technical support teams

Monitoring and analyzing performance and handling system problems at different levels (base stations, telecommunications, command, and control software, etc.)

Performing and supporting system tests with the client

Availability to work in the evenings and flights abroad if necessary

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering

English at a native language level

Experience in a support role

Must have knowledge of RF systems, antennas, sensors, controllers, CPEs

Experience in control and management systems

Networking knowledge: protocols, network analysis, and configuration-advantage

Familiarity with Linux-advantage
