Justt, a pioneer in smart technology and chargeback resolution for merchants, is looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. Our proprietary AI technology is designed to efficiently handle payment disputes, ensuring merchants can focus on growing their business rather than navigating complex chargeback issues and payments regulation.
We are looking for a highly motivated, performance driven individual to be a part of our expanding team in Tel Aviv.
The ideal candidate is a people-first persona, who is able to drive results that are first and foremost based on a deep understanding of customers’ priorities and roadmap. This, while working closely with Justt’s Product and Data teams, in delivering and growing customers’ scope and spend, and nurturing overall customer loyalty with Justt.
A successful candidate will embody the role of customers’ trusted advisor in everything-chargebacks. The candidate will suggest the most relevant and customer-first plan to customers’, which encompasses their current and upcoming needs while best demonstrating from Justt’s chargeback management platform, while considering the relevant Justt value proposition.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of past experience working as CSM / AM position in B2B/SAAS companies
- Fluent/native English speaker - a must
- Experience working with Enterprise accounts within the Payments ecosystem / Payments / Fraud Prevention department decision makers
- Experience working with a wide variety of customers in multiple geographies
- Technical and analytical experience
- Experience working with a wide array of customer stakeholders, and especially senior executive decision makers - an advantage
- Experience owning projects managed with Product and development teams - an advantage
- Experience working for an evolving and fast paced startup company - an advantage
