The opportunity:

The role, of a Global OD Professional is aimed at designing & implementing Global OD content, practices, interventions, and solutions to promote business excellence, through partnering with different stakeholders within the HR community and some leaders. Main stakeholders to work with are the Talent Management Business Partners, HR Business Partners, internal/external subject matter experts and third-party vendors roles for designing and leading OD solutions where needed.

This role requires a global mindset, passion for researching, exploring content for designing OD solutions and practices.

How you’ll spend your day:

• Research and explore OD and leadership topics in focus.
• Design, develop and implement global OD solutions and programs for targeted populations within Teva.
• Facilitated educational sessions for leaders on identified OD and leadership topics.
• Partner with different interfaces to identify needs and gaps of a specific population/focus area and translate it into an OD solution and practices.
• Partner with Talent management Business Partner, HR business partners and business leaders to promote global OD solutions, collect feedback and lead change management processes.

Your experience and qualifications:

• Strong OD professional skills
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in global organizations
• Vast experience in designing OD solutions (from exploring and researching topics to designing solutions that will answer business/team needs)
• Ability to build OD frameworks, approaches, solutions from scratch with proven experience in translating needs and concepts into OD and leadership practices.
• Being able to zoom into details, while leading at an enterprise level
• Strong project management and operational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
