Junior Recruiter

Persona.ly is a global company developing a machine-learning based RTB platform in the mobile

marketing field, with representations in Europe, Russia, Japan, India, Mexico and

headquarters in Rehovot, Israel.

We are looking for a junior recruiter to join our team.

You will be part of a very stable (12 years old) global company that moves fast and helps our clients with growth efforts of user acquisition and fraud prevention, based on our predictive models which process over 3 million RPS.

In your day-to-day, you'll source, interview and manage the recruitment process of different global positions of business development, analysis, and R&D in different locations such as Russia, the US, Vietnam, China, etc.

Required skills:

• Very high proficiency in English for daily communications and interviews (near-native)- Must!
• High level of proficiency in Russian- advantage
• Up to 2 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting positions (technical recruitment knowledge isn't required)
