.NET Development Team Lead

STARTICA is looking for a .NET Development Team Lead.

The job includes management responsibilities and hands-on development (about 30%).

Responsibilities:

· Managing a team of Fullstack developers and QA.

· Task assignments, prioritization, monitorint the team's results.

· Responsibility for the quality of the product (conducting code review).

· Cross functioal cooperation with Project managers, System analysts, Architects, DevOps Engineers and more.

· Working closely with the architecture team to examine and perform POC's as required for new applications and technologies.

· Developing the team's capabilities in accordance with the technological requirements of the company, responsibility for meeting schedules and the contents of the projects, regular reporting.

Who we are looking for:

· At least 2 years of team management experience.

· At least 7 years of HO software development experience with C# .Net.

· Knowledge of SQL Database.

· Experience working with Microservices, with REST API's development.

· Experience with Client and Server side development.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Proactive and independent, understanding of key business processes.
