About The Role

We are looking for a passionate HR Generalist to join our global HR team. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our hiring managers and build effective sourcing ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the company's long-range growth.

You’ll undertake various HR tasks, like organizing welfare events and administering employee benefits.

You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.

You must love connecting with people, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have the ability to manage competing priorities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recruiting for diverse positions (focusing on Data, Tech, Product, and Marketing)
• Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• End-to-end recruiting process: CV screen, phone interviews, HR interviews, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, reference checks.
• Partner and work closely with our hiring managers.
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance
• Build candidate relationships to maintain an excellent candidate experience.
• Be part of a global HR team, contribute ideas, improve current processes and constantly think in a creative and out-of-the-box way
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
• Operationally involved in our HR processes and projects as needed
  
  

What are we looking for?

• An outgoing personality, a natural collaborator, someone responsive, communicative with strong oral and written communication skills
• A proven Talent Acquisition track record – the ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills through social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Someone with a strong understanding of technical roles
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in recruiting – a must.
• At least 1 year of experience recruiting for technology roles - a must.
• Experience conducting HR interviews
• Very high level of English (written, spoken)– a must.
• Self-starter, independent, results-oriented, and executer
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
• Experience using Greenhouse- a big advantage.
• BA in a related field, MA/MBA - advantage
