User Acquisition Manager

A pioneering telehealth and telemedicine company revolutionizing patient-doctor and pharmacy interactions is in search of a dynamic User Acquisition Manager to lead its paid activities on Facebook and Instagram.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious performance marketing professional with over 3 years of hands-on experience in B2C, specializing in the management of large-scale ad campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of user acquisition campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Enhance acquisition strategies through in-depth analysis of marketing trends, experimentation with new targeting segments, and implementation of insights
• Offer creative suggestions and contribute to ad ideation
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing on various activity parameters
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and discrepancies

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign management on Facebook
• Proven hands-on experience handling advertising budgets of $250K and above
• Essential experience in B2C marketing
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of extracting actionable insights from complex data sets
• Advantages: experience managing campaigns on TikTok, background in e-commerce, and expertise in native advertising
