Education & Training Manager

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Product Education and Training Manager to lead our efforts in providing comprehensive training programs and educational resources to our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven approaches, knowledge management systems (KMS), learning management systems (LMS), analytics, technical expertise, and project management skills in a fast-paced, multitasking environment within the fintech industry.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Lead, manage and own the Nayax KMS, LMS, and other training tools such as Camtasia and Articulate360 and other technologies to develop, deliver, and manage training content and resources
• Design and execute a holistic training strategy that aligns with the company's product roadmap and business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Oversee the development of engaging and interactive training materials, including guides, videos, tutorials, and e-learning modules, utilizing KMS and LMS platforms to centralize and manage content.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars for clients, utilizing advanced analytics tools to track learner progress, measure training effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
• Tailor training programs to meet the unique needs and preferences of different customer segments, incorporating feedback, usage data, and performance metrics to deliver personalized learning experiences.
• Serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for customers, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance on product usage, integration, and optimization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects related to product education and training, collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Product Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Drive continuous improvement of training programs and processes through data analysis, feedback mechanisms, and industry best practices, staying informed of emerging trends and technologies in fintech and adult education.
  
  

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Education, Computer Science, or a related field;
• Proven experience in product education, training, or instructional design with a strong focus on data-driven approaches and analytics.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and measure the impact of training initiatives on customer engagement and product adoption.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for educating and empowering clients.
• Technical proficiency in fintech platforms, APIs, and integration methods, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences- advantage
