What is the role?

As a Data Solutions Specialist, you'll be part of our Customer Solutions team, leading the charge in creating an exceptional customer experience at Zencity. You will dive into the heart of our products, mastering data operations to expertly set up, configure, and optimize new customer dashboards. Your role will extend to seamlessly integrating data from diverse sources, constructing branding pages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. Finally, you will take the lead in proactively identifying opportunities for creative thinking and innovation to optimize existing data-related processes, showcasing your initiative in elevating our services and ensuring clients receive the utmost value from their data.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, configure and maintain customers’ dashboard and product in the Zencity platform
• Maintain in-depth knowledge in our suite of products and services, and optimize clients’ data on a regular basis according to their needs
• Take ownership of customer data and follow data related problems through to resolution
• Work closely with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Solutions Specialists to ensure customer satisfaction
• Research and collect data sources for our partner cities and counties
• Lead the integration of third-party applications data into Zencity, such as CRMs and City Hotline systems
  
  

• Exceptional English - Must
• Bachelor's Degree - Must
• Experience working with API integrations- advantage
• Experience with research or equivalent (1-2 years)
• Project Manager/Operations experience - advantage
• Exceptional attention to details
• Resourcefulness and out of the box thinking
• Aptitude for concentrating on a task until it is flawlessly executed
• Ability to understand complex technical processes and their effect on clients’ experience
• Experience in research-related work or data collection projects - BIG advantage
• An excellent collaborator and communicator who can effectively communicate in writing
