All About The Role

• Sets and manage an accounting team members ( Objectives and performance)
• Driving efficient and effective period end close processes for the legal entity.
• Responsible for compliance with globally determined rules and regulations and country specific legislation.
• Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, and/or other stakeholders.
• Responsible for completing the required consolidation schedules per legal entity.
• Determines the threshold, based on materiality per entity.
• Providing non-statutory financial information to Country Finance Leads.
• Ensuring the delivery of R2R services by reviewing revenue postings, asset accounting, distribution key, inter-company uploads, YTD payroll reconciliation is reviewed as a part of the Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation Process.
• On a monthly basis preparing the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet report per entity and responsible for following up on financial statement remarks.
• Performs the analytical review of variances and reasons for deviations.
• Approving manual journal entries and accruals.
• Reviewing the netting process for prepaid expenses, VAT, AP/AR and inter-company affiliates.
  
  

Here Is What We Need From You

• You are fluent in English and in Hebrew
• Experience and understanding of Finance Operations.
• Degree (Bachelor 's in accounting finance or equivalent) + Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
• 4-6 years of experience in finance, accounting or R2R domain function.
• Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and IFRS guidelines.
• Experience in Workday and OneStream Consolidation Tool are preferred.
• Management skills with experience in leading and managing a small team.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with various cross functional stakeholders (especially the Country Finance leads).
• Positive attitude, collaborative, team player and comfortable in a fast-growing environment that changes as the business grows
• Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
• Strong work ethics
• Experience in Process improvement (it is a plus)
