Apomedical (Apomeds) is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead our social activity

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Optimize acquisition efforts by analysing marketing trends, testing new targeting segments and insights implementation
• Provide creative suggestions and ad ideas
• Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters
• Data Analysis (Identifying trends, opportunities, discrepancies)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing campaigns on Facebook
• Hands-on management of large-scale ($200K+) advertising budgets
• Experience with B2C activity - a Must
• Excellent analytical skills – Analyzing complex data sets and extracting actionable insights.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation)
• A Can-do mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
