Who Are you?

Redefine Meat is seeking a talented individual to lead the talent acquisition and HRIS for maternity leave. You will partner closely with the leadership, our talent team, and the broader People team to attract and retain top talent, building the team that unlocks our vision to deliver high-quality New Meat products.

You are an exceptional team leader and manager, with experience building high-performing and engaged teams for our various departments in remote environments. You are also a strong partner and collaborator with proven experience establishing strong trust-based relationships with senior leaders. You are a learner and a builder with a “nose for impact.” You have a track record of identifying and bringing to life high-impact initiatives to strengthen hiring practices and outcomes.

Your Challenge:

• Manage the full life cycle of hiring processes in Israel and Europe
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Source and attract candidates for current and future Global positions using creative and diverse sourcing methods
• Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Screen and interview candidates against position specifications and provide in-depth feedback about the candidates
• Provide a great candidate experience at every step
• Define and monitor hiring KPIs to ensure recruiting efficiencies and identify areas for improvement
• Upgrade processes around our ATS system, stay up to date on features and maintain data integrity
• Utilize data to drive process improvement and high-quality decision-making
• Build and analyze HR data and kits of reports, dashboards, and alerts to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee engagement, retention, performance, and budget

You will Rock at this role if:

• 5+ years of experience as a HRBP, Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Experience in HR transformation and implementation of core values.
• Experience in project management, change management, and independent program driving.
• Strong business acumen, natural curiosity, and a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and proactivity
• Experience in HR analytics: managing HR dashboard, budget, and HR KPIs
• resilient and self-motivated - can work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrates the ability to process large volumes of data in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
• Experience in interpersonal communication and relationship building with organizations at all levels.
• Experience in the adaptation of working styles to fit the needs of the teams.
• Experience in helping global organizations scale.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
