The Human Resources Business Partner Community enables strategic business initiatives during a transformational time. We are the face of HR to the business leaders. Partnering on organizational development and design, change management, developing and enabling talent strategies, Learning and Development initiatives, annual cycle programs, workforce planning as well as numerous run-the-business activities.

Partner with the best

You will support the SVP Enterprise Security and the Enterprise Security Group (ESG) Leadership team, partnering closely with HRBPs in other regions as necessary. In partnership with colleagues in the HRBP Community of Practice you will be responsible for HRBP support for our Israel location.

In this role you will be-

• Delivering business outcomes through aligned people initiatives.
• Evolving and embedding talent strategies to enable diversity, inclusion and engagement.
• Ensuring business compliance with HR programs.
• Determining objectives and approaches to critical challenges and programs.
• Managing the employee life cycle; identifying trends, process gaps, support, capabilities, and efficiencies.
• Ensuring consistency in our practices and advocating for the business, employees, and managers.
• Overseeing employee relations matters.

• Have the ability to address difficult issues and make tough decisions.
• Have experience in managing change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, developing talent, managing risk and ensuring compliance.
