Product Manager and Team Leader - Hemato-Oncology

Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will also lead the sales force to join our Multiple Myeloma Business Unit.

As a Product Manager and team leader, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies and promoting our Multiple Myeloma portfolio while managing the sales force to excellence.

60% - Product manager

40% - Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies for our MM portfolio, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Define and execute tactical marketing plans to drive product optimization and maintain our share of voice including creation of promotional materials, campaigns, newsletters etc.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, market dynamics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and participation in the forecasting processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Market Access to ensure successful launches and life-cycle management
• Develop and lead digital and hybrid projects while initiating creative solutions
• Actively participate in international conferences, symposiums, and other scientific events
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards
• Lead the sales force to excellence, coach and support their development and upscale their sales capabilities while ensuring that filed implementation is according to the approved strategies
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management in an international pharmaceutical company (advantage for experience within hemato-oncology or oncology)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex data, market insights, and trends to drive data-informed decision-making
• Proficient in project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry
