About the Role:

• Be part of our growing credit risk analytics and automation division and establish the Risk Automation team.
• Lead the division’s technical domain to support the execution of the business strategy, including technical leadership and guidance to the risk analytical team, which sets the strategy and implements it in the code.
• Help designing and implementing scalable and efficient end-to-end automated processes using multiple tools, frameworks and scripts based on advanced Python and AWS platforms.
• Responsibility for the team’s code - regularly updating, enhancing, and optimizing the codebase to ensure its efficiency and compatibility with the company platform and coding standards..
• Responsibility for the division's Data Management requirements - Working closely with the related Data teams (Science, Engineering, and Operations), R&D and Product functions to ensure the data readiness to support the business initiatives - for analysis and execution.
  
  

• Experienced technical leader with data management and analytics backgrounds.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience programming in Python in a production setting.
• 5+ years of experience in using SQL
• Experience with data at scale using multiple data sources and databases such as Postgres, Redshift, and similar data tools and solutions.
• Thorough understanding of Git/GitHub
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate smoothly with and convey complex ideas in a clear way to people of different backgrounds from both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
  
  

• Experience with AWS AI ecosystem (e.g. SageMaker), Airflow and container technology (e.g. Docker, K8S).
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools like NumPy, pandas, and matplotlib.
• Experience with peoples management (Team Lead level)
• Developing rule-based automation.
• Familiarity with the Credit Risk domain.
