Product & Development Team Lead

A company for financial information products is seeking a R&D Lead to own the development of a new product. The role focuses on establishing an innovative AI solution within the financial sector, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to provide accessible and insightful financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Development: actively engage in the development and maintenance of AI-driven products, showcasing strong coding skills and adherence to best practices.
• Leadership & Strategy: lead and oversee the development and product creation, defining objectives, timelines, and ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML and fintech.
• Analyze extensive datasets to extract insights pertinent to financial products.
• Ensure optimal performance of AI applications through rigorous testing and optimization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a senior software development role, leading products end-to-end
• 1+ years of practical experience in Python
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript or React
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and a passion for mentoring
