Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate, analyze, and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team.
• Oversee the end-to-end sales compensation process including sales incentive plan design, administration, monthly calculation, and payout for Global Sales Organization
• Partner and work closely with sales leadership, sales operations, finance, and HR teams to execute new and existing sales compensation design.
• Assist in implementation, analyst and sales rep training, and rollout of new compensation plans each fiscal year.
• Continuously monitor and look for ways to modernize our operational processes, standardization, and automation. Report and identify scalable initiatives to generate a high level of accuracy and efficiency in the end-to-end commission process and increase positive customer experience.
  
  

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or related areas.
• 2+ years of experience as a commission analyst in a fast-growing global company
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated
• Strong proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment.
• Outstanding oral and written communication in Hebrew and English.
• Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized.
